Wii Workout Group UKFitness

Hi! If you are a wii user who needs to join a group, I have created one called UKFitness. Please join even if you are from outside the UK I created the group in order to keep everybody motivated!

Thanks, Sam|||So for those who haven't tried the online work out here's what I have discovered. It seems that you cannot work out with someone simultaneously, which is a pity and please correct me if I'm wrong. But you can compare data on each member of the group and we build up points and stuff. I worked out 3 times today just to see what happens.|||Hi Bronte,
When you say you used the group box to do a workout what do you mean? I see the live event feed and stats when I use the group box and that's it. I see combined group messages like UKfitness played football for 10 mins yesterday, is that people playing together or just someone playing through group menu? Also anyone else having the problem of their stats not updating on here properly? My calories and time spent working out are correct but I have zero workouts listed on here, however, I have completed 4 so far. Any ideas? Also when I connect online on the wii I get the contacting EA server message for ages and it looks like it's not working but I click cancel and my console says I'm online anayways. lol. not entirely sure what's going on with it.

About the box - I just get the same as you with the stats but for you exercise results you should be on line and since I've joined my workouts show up but not the ones done previously. It does say it'll save the ones not done online cos of a fault and put it on later. I also just leave it to contact even if it takes awhile.
By the way does anyone know how to get to the fitness/heart recovery test. I did it yesterday where I had to do a fire hopping exercise for 2 minutes and then see how quickly my heartbeat recovered but I cant find where it is on the menu. Is one limited as to how often one can do it and where can I find it?
Just one other point that someone else might have noticed. If you keep your left arm bent up for a little while the heartbeat seems to go up a lot. My strap broke while I was exercising and so I had to hold it up. Has anyone else noticed this? And how accurate do people thing the heart monitor is? During A cooling exercise I did some running instead and the beat did increase a little.
Any thoughts on the above would be most welcome.|||Hi everyone,

Regarding the fitness/heart recovery test I still didnt have mine (just 2 workouts); But you can only do it when it asks you to (once a week).

Anyone still having online data issues? My graph has now been wiped, although in my stats it says 4 workouts, actually completed 5, my calories have updated, but my number of workouts and hours of exercise have gone back to zero. aaahhh so frustrating.
Oh and I also seem to have put on a few pounds since i started doing this, I'm doing loads of strength and muscle building though so I'm assuming it's coz I have been starting to build more muscle. lol lets hope so! I'm also loving the step aerobics, I combined the 10 min A, B and C sets to do them together and they do seem to give a good workout, some more sweating than the set workouts I'm finding and higher calorie burn. I've put all the aerobics sets together and uped the intensity as high as it goes (47mins) I'm gonna try that this morning, I will let you know if I'm still alive! lol.

I am planning to do more strength workout routines so I just wanted to ask you if you are using dumbbells for strength workout?
I started 9 week program to get a bit into shape and get to know all exercises, but then I plan to do my own routines.
Holz, are you crating your own strength workouts ?
I don't need to lose a lot of weight (kind of made peace with fact I can't have the weight I had 10 years ago :) ) but definitely need a lot of muscle building and toning up. So that is my goal.
