Hey everyone!
I started a workout group for anyone who has a goal they are trying to reach and needs motivation to get there.
I am working to get in shape for my wedding in April 2012 and will be building in working out into my daily life as well as more nutritional and healthy life choices.
Personally, I have started to see the benefits of being in better shape. As an educator with a Student Development and Counseling background I am very dedicated to both development and those of others. I would like this to be a community where we help each other reach our goals and motivate each other.

I will be putting together my ultimate workout mix and I can post the track names on there (it is shaping up to be a great mix). I really want this to be a way to help keep each other motivated and excited to work out.
All levels of fitness are welcome as long as you want to get in shape and push yourself to do better. There will be no judgment of each other in the group. Just motivation, recognition and helping each other push our own personal bests!
