Workout Group for Women in their 20s!

Looking for women who are in their 20s and looking to get fit! Join for the challenge, the support, and exercise & food advice!
I'm 22 and have been using the EA sports active for a few months now. I've lost a few pounds and inches but starting to lose the motivation I once had. So let's help each other out!

Not so worried about the number on the scale, but when it does go down I'm pretty excited! :) I have a very physically demanding job and Im so exhausted at the end of the day. I hope getting into shape helps me get through my days!|||Worked out on my off day today... but it's also my first day at my new job, so I had to release some of the nerves I'm feelin!!

Can't seem to find the stats for this group..|||That I don't know.... When I look at my EA Active 2 summary it has a little news feed that tells me what people have done... Then there is also a little tab on that same page that says "Groups" and in the upper right you can choose a group name from the dropdown (I only have 1 group so it only says that name..)|||I found the news feed for this one on my wii.. but not on the site. Oh well.|||Anyone else want to join our group?|||I tried to join but it wouldn't register with my account, so I'm assuming that different game systems can't connect since i have a xbox 360 kinect.|||Oh yes, sorry! Just joined your group because I really need some help getting focused lately! I'm starting vet school in a month and need to make this healthy lifestyle thing back into a habit before then or it'll never happen! I don't know what happened, but I think spending a week in DisneyWorld with my family for my birthday started me on a downward spiral of enjoying food way too much and I've put on 10 lbs. again. My goal is to take off 20 so I can feel really good again, get my cardio back into existence, and start refocusing all that emotional/bored eating I've been doing.
Looking forward to keeping up with you all! I just did my first workout in forever today and it kicked my butt on the lower body. It was worth it though, now I feel ready to tackle the day. Have a great Wednesday everyone!|||Welcome ditvet! I know what you mean, I'm definately an emotional eater. Stress is the main reason why I love food sooo much! I love that sports active asks you about veggie servings/day because I find it motivates me to eat more just so my results in the journals dont look so pathetic! lol Happy workouts everyone!|||We still have room for more members!
