I'm a 25 year old female. Single mom looking to lose weight. Never had to exercise before baby.
I'm currently half-way through the Cardio Kick-Start, and I just upped the ante to Medium intensity. I've also been adding trainer-generated workouts on medium when time permits.
At first, I could barely complete the Easy workout, but I'm already seeing a huge improvement and thus am really excited about this program.
I hope you join my group! Diversity would be great!

I created this group after I did my workout this morning, so no stats for me, yet. I plan to do another workout when the little one is taking a nap later this afternoon.|||Hey ya'll... Wow! workout in my undies.... sounds like fun! :)
Well, I'm 31, from Texas. I've gained about 20 lbs in the past 2 years and am hoping to lose it to be back at my normal weight. The weather is too cold for me to enjoy running so I figured this would be a good start to getting back at working out. So far, I've been on the Cardio Kickstart program on the Hard intensity ( I'm on day 3 now). I've been adding the trainer workouts as well. I totally recommend the Mountain Gravity workout on Easy. Even though it's considered "easy" its pretty intense- tons of squats. I've also been counting my calories and trying to maintain a 1200 calorie diet per day. Hope I can stick to it. Working out is fun for me but food is my weakness :)
Good luck to everyone and keep me posted on any really good workouts you guys may discover or create on this program. I'm still new to it. :)

Well, you're the first to work out since the group has been made. I did my Cardio Kick Start this morning, before I made the group.
But when the baby FINALLY naps, I'm going to do a few more. I usually split them up throughout the day. I can't do a full hour without the kid going nuts!

I have been working out with EASA2 since 11 Jan, 2011. I have lost 15 pounds on the way to my goal of losing 50 - 60 pounds.
I look forward to motivating and getting motivation from the others in this group, all while having fun and working out.
