Hi guys! I know there are alot of people looking for the same thing, but my net has decided not to really let me go through all the threads without taking forever to load.
Im a 26 year old female. I just started the 3 week program for the wii the other day. Im looking for a group to really help me stay motivated. I work like 12-8pm, so i either work out really early or really late in the day. My major goals are to a) lose 14 pounds, to get to my ideal weight. and b) become more tone. I used to belly dance alot but i cant find an instructor around here so I need another way to stay tone. And also to relieve some lower back pain that came from a fall.
Id just like a supportive bunch of people, male or female, to help me reach these goals and will allow me to help them too :)
