I am currently on the 9week program on medium, I used to Run 5k 3 times a week and use a chinups bar (will be using again soon) I got sports active to get my general fitness up and tone my body. I am 6' 3" and 192lb's (14St 2 for us UK folks).
Look forward to anyone joining a bit of competition and motivation will be great.
