Workout Group #2

Hi everyone,
Since the first group that i created filled up so quickly and was a hit i decided to create a second group. We as women need all the motivation and support we can get and i think this is a great way to do it. Look forward to seeing you all. have a great day!

I started sports active 2 days ago and have completed 2 workouts. Today is my day off, and then I will have another workout tomorrow. I selected the cardio kick start - medium.
I am currently at the heaviest that I have ever been, including my pregnancy's! I am looking to loose 20 or 30 pounds eventually, but am more concerned really with feeling active, healthy, energetic and having my clothes fit better!

Hi Lorne,
Congratulations on getting started as i know that the hardest thing to do is to put your mind in sync with your body...lol. There are times when i don't want to do it but i push myself because i hate having no clothes that fit either. Welcome to our little group and just pace yourself and have fun with it.

|||Lorne ~ I am with you .. It sucks having nothing that fits and I got so tired of being tired . I am also doing the cardio kick start. I was surprised how sore I was the day after.

Kristi|||oops double post|||Usually i try to rest because i think it is great to give your body a chance to relax as i have bad knees. Or you can use your rest day if missed a day to make it up. So it's totally up to you.|||Hey ladies....
sorry i haven't written in a few days i have been kind of busy with work and this issue with me knee has really got me down a bit :) . been trying to keep with my work outs but its hard to do a lot of the exercises. anyway just wanted to check in and see how everyone was doing. take care

finished my nine week program last week and feel pretty good. Just getting a break so i can decide what to do next with the game. Hope everyone is great......talk soon!
