bee|||Hi,
I'm happy to join your group especially as it's a UK one.
I am giving the 9 week workout a go as I did this several times on the previous two games. I will take a look at the Cardio kick start as well.
|||Hi
I'm in !!
STarting off on the kickstart as had a few weeks break from EA more workouts but I may just step it up to the 9 week challenge before it ends.
Gutting that the workouts I did before joining the group don't show up :)|||Welcome guys. Lets go for it|||Hi i have just joined iam hoping to lose about 70 pounds in total|||Hi,
Any thoughts on the new version?
It seems to me doing the 9 week workout that a lot of the exercises are the same but with new names and in a different setting. The Mountain Biking on hard is a killer though, especially for the second time in a workout!
I do like that there is a group to talk to and that I all my activites are saved online, it gives a bit more encouragement.
Like gerriq, it's a bit annoying that stuff i did before joining the group isn't included, plus it's missed my achievement for joining the group. Maybe I'll have to join another aswell to get that.
My name is Jeremy btw, hello to you all.

Hi i have just joined iam hoping to lose about 70 pounds in total

That's quite a target, best of luck in getting there. I have lost about 45pounds in a year doing this and other exercises.
I started with EASA one, then EASA more workouts and moved on to the Wiifit and WiiSports etc which are good aswell. The best one I have personally found is EA Grand Slam Tennis. It's very tough to begin with but you get the hang of it. That will burn around 500 calories in an hour if you really go for the strokes as you really would in a real game. It's in a totally different league to WiiSports Tennis and good fun when you beat Federer to win a Grand Slam lol.|||Hi again folks my name is Maxine i have been overweight since having my little girl who is 6yrs now so i thought it would be a good start to try sports active 2 i have had the sports active and more workouts and losed a little.but my goal is to lose about 70 pounds not sure how long it will take|||Hi there Maxine and welcome
I started with these interactive fitness programs over 2 years ago with the Wiifit. I lost over 36 pounds. I managed to keep it off for while but recently the pounds have been creeping back on. Hence Sports active 2, I want to first get my basic fitness level up then go for the 9 week program on hard!!
I haven't been able to update my stats online as yet because there is a known problem with some users connecting to the EA servers. That's a bit of a bugger but I have been training honest. Just completed day 4 today.
Keep it up guys

|||Hi btetsola thank you for the welcome.I have had this game since wednesday and so far burn 1805 calories .Iam loving it i have started the 3 wk kickstart but also doing other workouts how is everyone doing|||Hi folks
Just a quick update on how everyone is doing. Its pretty impressive at the moment, Maxine is on a roll which has left us all playing catchup. Let's see if we can push it a bit more this week, especially as its pretty darn cold.
Keep up the good work guys
B|||Will be doing another workout tonight before dinner. I'm really enjoying this so far. I think easy is too easy if you know what I mean, but I'd like to finish the kick start before embarking on 9 week prog on medium.|||Yes I know what you mean. I've upped my level to hard on the ole kick start because Medium felt a bit too easy. Give it try on Medium you'll be fine I'm sure.
I have also got a session scheduled for later, so I'll check to see how you get on
:)|||Yes I've noticed the same thing with the site updates. Its not updating properly.
Good to hear you are enjoying it
Any particular goals?|||Glad you are enjoying it Cammer50. I'm getting into it. I know now to exercise on an empty-ish stomach. I exercised after dinner last night and had to miss a couple of exercises as a) the monitor didn't register split lunges and b) I got tired far sooner than usual. Really disappointed in myself. No exercise scheduled in today, but tomorrow as they say, is another day!
