skip exercise

how do you skip an exercise you have started if it is painful, as are some of the squat-type exercises, or if the sensor is impossible to please (e.g. running uphill in mountain biking)|||I usually just step back and forth this normally "fakes the reps" if something is to difficult.|||You can skip by pushing start and theres a "skip exercise" option. With the mountain biking try to bring you kness up more when you run and make sure your moving you arms back and forth as well.
