Wii New Group - Over 50 - Lose 50 - NE/IA/KS/MO area

I just started a group for people over 50 and wanting to lose 50+ pounds living in the NE/IA/KS/MO states I just started on my journey and REALLY need motivation.|||Count me in Wildflower

Got my Cardio workout done this morning and pulled a little something in my left calf. Fortunately, the next 2 days are supposed to be R&R days and I'll try and nurse it back to health but will most likely get on and do some light workouts ---- OMG I'm addicted to exercising! :)|||I just started EA active 2 today and really "enjoyed" it. Ok - as much as I can enjoy exercising!

From your main page on the Wii Active, click on the workout groups, a new window will open and then push join a group, a new window will open and then enter the info that I sent you and you will be good to go.

Password - loseit|||Have room for more members.|||Hay All, I'm a 65 year old male who has been using Sports Active since Thanksgiving. Enjoyed the original version so much had to have Active 2. So far I'm down from 276 to 259 and hoping to reach 220 by the end of the year. Really enjoy the workouts. Looking forward to hearing how all in the group are progressing and goals reached.
