JOIN MY GROUP!

Password: BETHIN|||I just joined your group for moivation! Let's do this together. I just finished the cardio kick start program and tomorrow I am starting the 9 week program. Here we go...................|||I tried to join your group, howcome it says the password is wrong... BETHIN, right?|||Hello everyone. I wanted to check into this group to send a little motivation your way. We are off to a good start but we need to kick it up a notch.
As a member of this team I challenge everyone to complete at least two workouts using Wii Active 2 by this time next week.

Thanks! I've got a target of about 15lbs. I am also using the Livestrong.com calorie counter. In addition to the workouts that are kicking my * this calorie counting is tough as well. It is making an impact though, two week of workouts now complete and about 1 week on the calorie counter and I am down between 4 and 5 lbs.

I am back on track this week after celebrating my birthday ALL week last week. Not good for the scale but good on the soul!
I have a goal of 2 lbs a week for a total of 32 lbs. I have a long hard road ahead of me. I also joined Weight Watchers online to help with my food intake. I prefer points to calories due to a little brain trick and distorted thinking.
Anyway, keep up the good work everyone and cheers to a great week.

Im on WW as well....even more motivation!!!|||My name is jlkbclark but I'm not sure about adding friends to WW. What is that all about? Are there groups or something on there? I am really new to it all.|||Just thought I'd drop in and say "Hello!" as the newest member to this group.
It'll be nice to have an active group of people to work with to keep plugging along with this stuff. I've done the couch to 5k program (outside of the game) a couple of times now but once I finished it I pretty much lost interest in running. I'm hoping that by being a member of a group I can keep the motivation up and keep pounding away.
At any rate, nice to meet you all and looking forward to working out with everyone!
