I created this because I just had a baby 4 weeks ago. February 10,2011. As a new mom for the 4th time I want to get back in shape of course. And I know there or other new moms who are in there postpartum phase and have the same goals as me.
So if you are a new mom then this group is for you. We can help motivate each other and loose those unwanted pounds together. :)
