Never think I am going to be a size 2...4...6 (supermodel/bikini body). I am just looking to be a size 14 and able to shop in any store! Even that is many pounds away.|||I hope you don't mind my joining.
I just started today on the 9-Week program. I goal is to try and drop around 20-30 pounds. Per the Wii Fit, I fall in the 32% BMI range and I want to try and bring it down into the sub 30 range by years end.

I did my first workout today. I had a bit of trouble with the squats on the Wii board taking, so I ended up skipping that one after several mins of fooling with it. But I will keep trying, maybe I am too close to the sensor or did not have the strap in the right position.
|||I was a size 18!
Weighed about 235 pounds.
I'm at about 185-190 currently.
I WILL get to a size 4 or so.
It will happen.
