karate group

I have 2 workouts left and I will be starting the 9 week program. I also am a black belt in karate hence the group name. I would love to help anyone that needs some motivation or just a friend. Feel free to join Password : adults|||almost forgot this is for the Wii|||ok i joined. i just completed my 5th of the 12 workouts of the cardio kick program. so you are a week ahead of me.
I am doing this to get regular exercise, which I was not doing for like 10 years.
Not really tryin to lose weight just get in shape and build stamina.
I found out quickly i am not in the best of shape, but will be soon.|||glad to have you join thanks hope i can help motivate you (if needed)|||no motivation issues here at the moment just alot of soreness which I hope goes away at some point.its been a week and a new muscle hurts after each workout. seems to be getting a little better as time goes on.|||dont worry the soreness wont last forever
