It's a much more challenging workout. I'm only on day 4 and am doing the medium setting. I'm hoping to lose about 40 pounds all together and am giving myself 6 months. If it comes sooner you won't hear any complaining from me. Looking forward to the encouragement that comes from this community. Thanks for starting the group.

Les|||I'm not sure if we can communicate anywhere else or not. I've not looked around too much yet. It might be nice to share some of our goals. For instance, right now I weigh 209 lbs and want to get to 175. Since starting with wii fit in January I've lost 11 lbs. I bought sports active because I wanted to switch up workouts and it definitely is a much more intense workout.
Some of my other goals: in September I'll turn 50 and I want to say that I am in the best shape of my life. I also want to climb Mt Washington which is in New Hampshire and participate in the Warrior Dash which is sort of a crazy run/obstacle course.
A couple of years ago I herniated a disc in my back and really am just starting to recover from the after affects of that.

I feel it is much harder now then when I was younger.|||hi guys! just bought the game last night after seeing an ad on youtube! I tried it out last night for the first time and just generated a workout. Here's a little about myself:
im male from california SF and 27 years old. I'm actually in pretty good shape. I exercise regularly, I'm at the gym lifting weights 4 times a week and I do cardio after my weight training sessions, but I decided to buy this for extra cardio in the evenings or maybe in the early mornings. Doing cardio at the gym has gotten very boring, but I still do it because i'd just feel guilty without it. Anyway, extra cardio and its fun is great!
i want to return to my former glory. Currently i weight 182, got a lot of muscle, but its under a little bit of fat. I think I look best at 160, been all they way down to 155 when I was super into bodybuilding, but I think 160 looks better. It all went to hell when I moved overseas... the fun and the partying left me with no room or energy to workout the way I used to. I've been back in the states since july now and i've regained my strength and muscle, but I got a gut...need to lose this. You guys can count on me! I'll be exercising on this regularly. It's great seeing this group come together. I noticed online with the game there are a few more members we've not been introduced to here. I just finished up my workout from this morning about an hour ago and I think I'm still sweating. It was the toughest yet in terms of cardio. I've started using free weights instead of the exercise band for the lifting part and that is forcing me to give more effort.
I'm curious jourelemode. How did you come up with your name? It looks like it has some French origins.|||Hi there,
i joined your group yesterday after my workout. i am in vancouver, bc. i started using easa2 about 2 weeks ago and am enjoying it so far, i usually go to a climbing gym 3-4 times a week so am planning to do easa on the days that i don't climb. i am not really overweight, female, 5'5 about 115lb, but do want to drop a few pounds for climbing.
i did the 3 week program for 1 day but quit it because i don't like not being able to change the workout schedule, i know i will end up working out on rest day and rest on workout days. i have i have put together a workout that suits me better as i dont want too much upper body (i get that from climbing) and i want mostly cardio & core.

I wanted to post a few goals that I have so that they are in black and white. I am currently at 385lbs
- I want to lose 50lbs by June 1
- I want to take part in leg 1 of the MS Bike Tour this summer in July. (80km i think) I have a dear friend who was diagnosed with MS last year and I had to cheer from the sidelines. This year I want to do my part for the cause.
- I want to take part in the parent child soccer game for my daughters soccer team this summer.
I am really more focused on the short term goals like doing my workout today and eating healthy today, but I wanted to have something to strive towards.
I did workout three yesterday and it was my hardest yet!! The machine was driving me crazy as I was trying to get through my lunges, it was taking me FOREVER!! Then I realized I had my arm band on upside down...whoops! I took one for the team, I suggest you don't do that. On a positive note I burned an additional 50 calories trying to figure the darn thing out!!!

And Just purchases EA active sports 2 last week. I am on my 6 day of working out and it i have alread lost wight. I have biggest loser, wii fit (1 and 2), zumba for wii and by far EA has been the most challenging For me. I believe that is why I am seeing results. I just joined the workout group. I'm 26 years old from Toronto. I weigh about 140 lbs. My main goal is to lose some inches on my hips and thighs (not sure how many), but would also love to lose 5-10 lbs.

I've just joined your group. I am 25 years old and been playing this game for 3 months. I finished 9 week program on Medium level in end of January. Then I kept about 3 weeks break and now I am doing on hard level. Just finished workout 3/36 this morning. My height is 168 cm and weight around 66 kg, in your system it would be something like 5'6 and 145 lb. Unfortunately I didn't lose any weight during medium level. :) I blame it for Christmas and New Year.
This time I am also trying to concentrate on my eatings and hope to lose at least few kgs before summer.
