Wii Weight Loss Group - for women who have a lot to lose

I just got my Wii Active 2 and started the 21 challenge today. I weigh 265 pounds and really need to get motivated to lose weight. If you are a woman who started your weight loss journey weighing 200+ pounds and need the same motivation, please join this group!

I just joined your group. I've started on the 9 week programme, and using this as a reall attempt at getting fit and losing some pounds in the process. I'm 5'8 weight about 185 pounds and hopefully in this for the long haul! After owning the game for 5 days, i can feel a slight ache in my muscles but its getting easier each day i think. Overhead pulls killed me!
Hope we can all keep each other motivated to just be healthier! :)
|||Hi all, I also need to loose a lot. Help and support is always a good thing. Just starting with this program and I guess I'll see what happens. I also use daily burn and that's a really good site for tracking nutrition and exercise.

I did my 2nd wrkout today using the 21 day cardio on medium.. it was a good workout but I think I am going to try the "hard" mode tomorrow... those fire foot or foot fire hurts my butt so bad lol hope its doing something back there :) and those plank are a killer but I love the way I feel when I am done :) how is everyone"s workout going so far??? Hope great!!!

I have to skip over all squat exercises because it doesn't register properly and says I'm too low even if I'm standing up. It only seems to be a problem during squats so far. Any ideas?|||I loose the signal when I'm doing the cool down and pulling my leg. I think it just loses the signal when the light is covered. Just a guess|||:)|||

I just started the 9 week program today.
I had that problem with the hammer curls and tricep kickbacks. It froze for 5 minutes with the slightest movements.
A 25 minute workout to over an hour.
How do you just skip it and move on during the workout?
I only just got the Wii as an early Christmas gift so I'm still figuring it out.
I weigh 246 and will join this group to get and give some motivation :)|||Hello! I hope you don't mind if I join your group, too. I have a lot to lose as well (I'm 6', 275lbs). I don't have EA Sports Active 2 yet, but I think it may be under the Christmas tree. (I might have peeked, if I'm being honet. :) ) I'm going to start on Sunday or Monday, so I'll try to join as soon as I get it up and running, and figure it all out.

Oh yes!!! A world of difference!!
1. The # of workouts less in xbox version
2. You're not picked up as well in the xbox version
3. Xbox version is very buggy
I should have got the Wii version first since I have the other two EA Sports Active workouts!!|||Hey ladies I love watching this groups progress.. keep it up :)
