fitness test

I did my fitness test today but cannot seem to find the results. How do I find it?|||hey I can't even figure out how to do the fitness test. Does it do it randomly for you...or is there a place to go in the game to do it. The other thing I can't figure out is how do you go after your workout...back to the main menue. :)
